About our guest: Natalie Camerino grew up in Lancaster, PA and went to college at University of Miami. Has BA from Business School with a double major in Finance & Entrepreneurship. After college, moved to NYC to work at the hedge fund Hutchin Hill Capital. After 5 years in the industry, she left her career in finance for a different path after realizing her true passion for food. She is the founder & CEO of Noodlelove, a healthy Asian fast-casual concept in NYC. In October 2018, she opened her first location in Soho and is looking to expand to more locations over the next year. Her goal is to continue to grow the Noodlelove brand to several neighborhoods in NYC and eventually to other cities.
